The key milestones of the FPRL:

1979: 1^st fluid power course at the Politecnico di Torino

1985: construction of the 1^st fluid power laboratory

1996: 1^st research contract with Magneti Marelli S.p.A.

1997: 1^st release of the web site

1998: constitution of the Fluid Power Research Group

2000: 1^st research fellowship with Valeo S.p.A

2001: start of the LAQ project (High Quality Lab)

2003: the old laboratory is dismantled

2005: the new laboratory is completed

2007: installation of two new test rigs for research purposes

2010: 2^nd release of the web site

2013: 3^rd release of the web site

2017: membership in the Global Fluid Power Society

2018: the new didactic laboratory at first floor is completed
